Aria Minneapolis New Year's Eve Wedding
This New Year's Eve Wedding at Aria Minneapolis was special to us. Allie, the bride, is a wedding planner that Cameron met through a networking conference she attends called Engage Summits. We felt so honored that Allie and Mark chose us to document their wedding. There are so many parts about this wedding that we loved but first and foremost Jamelle and I truly enjoy a New Year's Eve wedding. What better way to ring in the new year than a fabulous party? Temple Isreal is a gorgeous synagogue and very historial. It's the oldest Synagogue in Minnesota, organized in 1878. It is a gorgeous building that was recently renovated and the perfect spot for Allie and Mark because they live down the street. For the reception, Allie knew she wanted a unqiue and sophisticated venue and Aria fit the bill with it's high ceilngs, brick walls and elegant chandaliers. There hosted a donut bar instead of a cake desert which was a fun guest expereince. One of the most memorable moments of this wedding was the Ketubah signing. Historically Chanukah and New Years do not coincided but this year the end of Chanukah was also New Year's Eve which is why you'll see a menorah in the images. To make it even more personal, one of Mark's best friends is a cantor and blessed them by signing at the Ketubah and also during the ceremony. We can still hear his lovely voice. We love Jewish traditions because they are so personal and family oriented. Mark and Allie are truly two of the most inspirational people we know. They are both so involved in their community and Allie sits on various boards and serves others with purpose and joy. We really enjoyed working with these two. Mazel Tov!
